By placing an order with ShopPoint you agree to the terms below. Please read them — particularly the section on payment on delivery.

Ordering

Submitting the order form places a request, not a binding sale. We will call you to confirm before anything is dispatched. If we cannot reach you on the number you gave us within [NUMBER] attempts, the order is cancelled.

Payment on delivery

You pay nothing when you order. Our delivery agent collects the full amount in cash when your parcel reaches you. You may open and inspect the parcel before paying. If the product is not what you ordered, you are entitled to refuse it and pay nothing.

Please only order if you will have the money available when the parcel arrives. Undelivered orders cost us the full delivery fee.

Delivery

Lagos and Abuja typically arrive within 1–2 working days. Other states typically take 2–4 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees — we do not control courier networks, weather or road conditions.

Delivery is free on all packages advertised with free delivery.

Returns and refunds

Because you inspect before paying, most problems are resolved at the door. If a product arrives damaged or is faulty, contact us within [NUMBER] days at [YOUR PHONE] and we will replace it.

We do not accept returns of opened cosmetic products for reasons of hygiene, unless the product is faulty.

Results

Promotional prices are valid for the period stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though never after your order has been confirmed.
